Most if not all of Australia's cotton growers are also grain growers - so we work very closely with our sister research and development (R&D) corporation, the Grains Research and Development Corporation, to deliver impactful R&D for our shared levy payers.
This week, the boards of both organisations have been meeting on CRDC's home turf at Narrabri - so today, our directors and senior managers joined together for a joint meeting at the University of Sydney's International Centre of Crop and Digital Agriculture.
On the agenda: collaboration, the major research priorities across cotton and grains, our current and future investments, and our collective impact through innovation - like WAND: the cotton and grain spray drift prevention program built through a strong GRDC/CRDC/Goanna Ag partnership.
Together, we're building a stronger future for our cotton and grain growers 🌱.
