The 2021 cohort of the Australian Future Cotton Leaders Program came together in Armidale NSW this week for their first face-to-face meeting.

The Future Cotton Leaders Program is funded by Cotton Australia and CRDC, and is aimed at emerging leaders across the cotton industry.

The 2021 program features face-to-face forums, interactive online discussions, one-on-one coaching and integration with industry activities. The program covers four stages: leadership development, individual skill application, leading change, and contributing to industry.

CRDC Executive Director, Dr Ian Taylor, met with the group in Armidale and shared his leadership journey, and his commitment to maintaining a positive culture, built on shared values, in the workplace.
