Apply now for the Australian Rural Leadership Program

Applications for the next round of the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) are open, closing 2 July 2023.

The ARLP is the flagship program of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF). As the most in-depth, cross-sectoral, national leadership program for rural, regional and remote Australians, the ARLP produces Australians who can influence, advocate and lead in authentic and ethical ways.

ARLP is supported by CRDC and Cotton Australia, with 44 cotton industry leaders taking part in the program over the past 30 years.

The program challenges participants to grow as leaders, expanding their perspectives and growing their knowledge across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Over fifteen months, in the most unique learning environments, 30-35 leaders from different backgrounds, industries and communities come together to learn. Through immersive experiences, the participants elevate their leadership in a collective environment.

The ARLF has just announced participants selected for the 30th cohort of the ARLP to commence next month, including cotton's own Henry Lavender of Carroll Cotton.
