CRDC board goes on farm at Theodore (9 February 2017)

CRDC's board of directors went on-farm in Theodore this week, visiting local cotton growers and discussing the R&D needs of the Dawson Valley.

The board conducted a tour of the local area on Tuesday, meeting with local growers Kirk and Fleur Anderson, Simon Green, Peter and Andrew French, and Dawson Valley Cotton Australia regional manager, Bronwyn Christensen, and visiting local farms and pump sites. Following the tour, the board hosted a dinner for local growers at Hotel Theodore, with some 40 people in attendance.

The CRDC board meeting was then held in Theodore the following day, with CRDC's directors determining CRDC's strategic investments for the 2017-18 period.
