CRDC board goes on farm at Brookstead (16 February 2018)

CRDC's board of directors went on-farm at Brookstead this week as part of the 2018 CottonInfo optimising irrigation and nitrogen research tour.

The tour hosted a field day at ‘Melrose’ Brookstead, where some 70 attendees, including cotton growers and consultants, had the opportunity to meet with the CRDC directors. Following the field day, the board hosted dinner with local growers in Dalby, giving them the opportunity to discuss the R&D needs of the Darling Downs.

The CRDC board meeting was then held in Dalby the following day, with CRDC's directors determining CRDC's strategic investments for the 2018-19 period.
