Two cotton leaders will represent the industry in Course 22 of the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) - Sean Boland, General Manager of Auscott Ltd at Moree and Jamie Iker, consultant and co-owner of Spackman Iker Ag Consulting at Emerald.
The ARLP is the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation’s flagship program, and it has been developing leaders for the future of rural and regional Australia for over 20 years.
Sean and Jamie are among thirty leaders representing diverse industries, sectors and communities who have successfully completed a competitive national selection process. The group will commence the ARLP in May 2015 with an experiential session in the Kimberley. Five sessions will follow over 17 months, including immersion in Canberra’s political scene, and an eye-opening visit to Indonesia.
CRDC is a proud sponsor of the ARLP, and has co-funded the two positions along with Auscott Ltd and Cotton Australia.
Applications for Course 23 of the ARLP open from 7 April 2015. Click here for more information, or to apply.
